2023…Wow, What A Ride! We first started out in Vail and Mammoth for some Pow Pow, Steep and Deep and Fresh Tracks. Sandy stiffed an 8 iron and made his first Hole in One! Our family achieved many other first-time accomplishments this wonderful year.
Nicholas played 14u and 15u Travel Baseball for the Tridents and Bat Rays. Nicholas loves all sports and played scrappy and hustling basketball and Volleyball at Newport Christian Junior High School and successfully won their Volleyball League. Nicholas thrived in his 8th Grade year and won the MVP for Football and Athlete of the Year of the year and Graduated in June.
In the Spring we celebrated Lexie’s 17th Birthday
Sandy went with Friends to the Masters Golf Tournament and stayed in Lake Oconee, Georgia
Lexie received the Bundle of Joy Award for her Success in her Junior Year Tennis Campaign
In Late Spring Our family travelled to Nashville in the Spring for Sharon and Sandy’s 20th wedding anniversary and the Taylor Swift Concert!
Nicholas enjoyed his 8th Grade Year with a field trip to Washington, DC with his School
We always cherish our time on the East Coast with my brother Lanny and sisters, Loraine and Polly and cousins. Our whole family gets along well and we enjoy our common heritage, Dad, and love of friendsnfamily.
Nicholas and Dad fly fished on the Rolling Rock River and filled up their quiver with Brown, Rainbow and Brook well grown and fighting fit Trout
Dad joined UCLA Sigma Nu Fraternity Brothers for a reunion in Santa Barbara and hiked to the hot springs in Montecito and Paddleboarded in Ventura Harbor.
Sandy also played in the Annual Cup of No Consequence “CONC” and won MVP
Sharon loves to entertain and she always makes sure others enjoy a nice evening.
Sharon enjoyed her LINKS Players group at NBCC and fun Duffy Rides with Lee Ann Canaday and patriot friends
Sharon hosted her friend Janet and daughter Riley to a Girl’s weekend in CDM
In the Fall Sandy voyaged to Ireland in the Fall with 8 friends and visited Dublin and many of the Irish Top 100 Golf Courses in the World
Nicholas started his Freshman Year at Pacifica Christian High School and played well on the Sand Volleyball team and carved some turns on the Surf Team
Our Family continued to attend Mariners Church and Served at the Santa Ana Mariners location handing out Christmas Trees
Sandy and Sharon joined Charlie and Sue Demmon for the Mountain Muster Golf Tournament in Truckee, CA
Sandy, Randy and UCLA Friends rooted on the Bruin Football Team at the LA Bowl
Lexie led her team in Singles Tennis advancing to the 2nd round of CIF in her Senior Year at Pacifica and earned MVP Honors for her amazing Tennis. Lexie also worked at Rose Cafe and will attend TCU in the Fall of 2024!

CrowdTrustDeed (CTD) provides an online marketplace that connects real estate lenders with investors and business purpose borrowers. Lenders can research, pledge, buy and sell sponsored Trust Deeds, including fractional interests, while enjoying a simplified and efficient real-time lending experience.
CTD’s transactional social website enables registered Lenders to build a portfolio of high yield current monthly income California Trust Deeds and facilitates self-syndication and investing with “Your Trusted Crowd”.
Celebrating Mayumi Bowers’ Birthday at Blue Water Grill in Newport Beach
Sandy continued to serve on his second Term for the California Mortgage Association (CMA) Board of Directors. Sandy spoke at numerous CMA Conferences as a member of the Education Committee and served as the Chairman of the Events Committee. Sandy and Mayumi continue to work with CMA to maintain and grow its Mission of providing Education, Advocacy and Resources For California Private Money Lenders
