We enjoyed a visit from Cousin Cassie Kellen and traveled to Dallas to see the Janet and Scott Uszynski and Jeff and Leslie Swan families.  We then went to Vail for a ski trip to see the Kellen’s.  The snow fell everyday in the Rockies which provided jumping opportunities for Lexie and Nicholas and plenty of chances for Dad and the whole family to make some turns in the Back Bowls Pow Pow!

In March we journeyed to Mammoth for another set of wonderful snow days.  Nicholas continued to play for the Newport Surf Travel Baseball team and he had a blast fielding, playing Pitcher, and hitting bombs.

Beautiful Lexie has an amazing Golf Swing won an Academic Award at Mater Dei and won MVP on her JV Tennis Team.  Lexie continued her Tennis success and power strokes and made the Varsity Tennis Team in the Fall and the Monarchs won their Trinity League and made it to the 3rd round of CIF Playoffs

Nicholas Graduated from Harbor View Elementary School and has enrolled at the wonderful Newport Christian School for Jr. High  
Our family loves our Pug Doogie and he brings a smile and laugh to everyone he meets!  
We are happy and thankful that our children can get a solid and faith based non-woke education.

The MacDougall’s then travelled East for our Annual MacDougall family visit to Ligonier over the 4th of July and to attend a Baseball Tournament in Cooperstown, New York

Dad and Nicholas frolicked and waterskiied, at a  “Boys to Men” weekend with Harbor View and Indian Guide Friends at Calico Lake.

Our family continues to worship at Mariners Church and both Lexie and Nicholas attend and serve in their respective Life Groups

The Fall provided a chance for Sandy to join Jeff Bloom, Russ Turner and Steve Ames in Cabo San Lucas for a Golf getaway at the Diamante Resort.  Sandy and Jeff were treated to a special day at Chileno Bay.
Sharon and Lexie joined Janet and Riley in Dallas for a Christian Mother Daughter Retreat

In December, we traveled to Las Vegas for a weekend to play some Top Golf, see a Bruno Mars Concert and visit the Vegas sights.

Sharon continues to MUber (Mom Uber) and rally for many meaningful causes to support education, our Christian faith, freedom and our Democracy
Save Education in California Fund Raiser
Mortgage Vintage and CrowdTrustDeed flourished in 2021 lodging a record year.  We welcomed Nicole Smith and Michael Veal to our team.

Sandy continued to serve on the California Mortgage Association (CMA)  Board of Directors and spoke at numerous Conferences as a member of the Education Committee.  Sandy continues to work with CMA to maintain and grow its Mission of providing Education, Advocacy and Resources For California Private Money Lenders
