We started the Year with a glorious ski trip to Vail, Colorado with the Kellen Family. Great Skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek! We went Sledding, skied in fluffy powder and worked the Back Bowls.
We enjoyed a powder filled ski trip to Mammoth where Lexie and Nicholas shredded the Cornice. We Celebrated Easter at Mariners Church which hired a tremendous new Senior Pastor named Eric Geiger. We continue our love for Mariners and all the Church does for the Community. This year we Served the under privileged in Santa Ana.
We marched in our final Indian Guides and Indian Princess Balboa Island Parade. Little Feet and Comanche provided incredible and lasting friendships, memories and a special Parent and Child bond. Heap Good!
Nicholas won his Junior Golf Club Championship Tourney at NBCC and we often gathered with Cousin Nicole Smith and family in Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo and our special Newport Beach
Lexie attends CDM Middle School in 8th Grade and enjoyed Cheerleading, playing the Piano, Golf, Singing, Running, and USTA Tennis
One of the Joys of Life is walking Nicholas to School everyday. Nicholas is in 5th Grade at Harbor View and played on the AYSO Extra Soccer Team and came on strong in Tennis at the end of the year winning a SSV Tennis Tournament
Sharon continues her hard work Volunteering for the Harbor View Elementary Jogathon which raised close to $110k for the School.
Sharon also enjoyed Tennis on the PacSun C2 Team, Golf on the NBCC Women’s Team and continues as the best Chief Domestic Officer in the land while making sure the Kids are studying, playing and enjoying their School, friends and activities
Summer also included our Annual Trips to Bruin Woods for Waterskiing, Mountain Biking and Week 10 Fun.
In July we drove to San Diego to visit my Nephew Chris and Jenny Oliver and family.

Sharon and Sandy won Low Net in the NBCC Couples Club Championship and Halloween did not disappoint while Dougie continued to provide entertainment for all!
Mortgage Vintage and CrowdTrustDeed continue to thrive with our talented team below including from L to R: Nicole Smith, Karen Gunther, Mayumi Bowers, Sandy, Ted Hoover, John Storck and Phil Lam.
The California Mortgage Association (CMA) elected Sandy to their Board of Directors. Sandy will assist the CMA maintain and grow its Mission of providing Education, Advocacy and Resources For Private Money Lenders
Happy Holidays!
Traditions make Holidays and our lives Special. Our Black Team won the 10th Annual Cup of No Consequence (CONC) in 2019 and our Harbor View Dad’s Dinner finished off an incredible year.
For Thanksgiving we gathered the Chisholm Clan “Feros Ferio” in Palm Desert including Brother Tony and Sandra and Family and celebrated our Thankfulness and Blessings. Following Turkey Day, we strolled along PCH during our Annual CDM Christmas Walk
